Check the small hoses on the top of the right side of the radiator. Make sure you have them correctly reinstalled, as one is the exhaust and the other is an inlet. We’ve had reports of customers installing our systems and putting the radiator back with these hoses switched and they had the exact same problem.
Also note that removing the radiator during exhaust system installation is not necessary. Installation instructions can be found in the links below.
