Most items may be returned in new, unused, and unopened in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund less shipping costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is deemed incorrect or defective. An RMA (Return Authorization) number must be obtained from Brock’s Performance before returning items. Please follow the Return Instructions carefully before returning any item to ensure timely credit or refund. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and in new/unused condition.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY:
We do not accept returns on any special order products like BST colored wheels. Special order items will be charged in full at time of order. All special order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom-built items. It is the customer’s responsibility, at the time of ordering a special order item, to obtain an estimated time of arrival. Brock’s Performance will not be held responsible for specific ship-to or receiving dates of your special order. Refusal of a special order shipment does not constitute right to a refund of any kind whatsoever.
If exchanging an item(s), the returned item(s) must be received before a replacement is sent. Shipping charges for an exchanged/replaced item(s) will be incurred.
Refunds are processed within 2-5 business days of the item(s) returned delivery to Brock’s Performance. It may take several more days for bank processing before funds are received.
Packaging – READ CAREFULLY!
All items must be returned in their original package with secure and sufficient packaging to protect the product(s) from possible damage during transit. Your return may be voided if a damaged product(s) is received as a result of inadequate packaging. Before packaging the item(s) accepted for return, write your Return Number down on a piece of paper and place it in the box as well as write it on the package.
Tracking and Insurance:
All returns must be shipped insured for the original purchase price using a carrier that can track your return like UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail. Be sure to keep the tracking information for your records. The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by Brock’s Performance.
