Sales Tax Exemption

With the Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., the time has come to start collecting sales tax from customers throughout the US — meaning Brock’s Performance will have to start collecting sales tax across state lines. Dealers may be exempt from sales tax collection provided that Brock’s Performance receives a current tax exemption form from you. Please check with your home State Department of Taxation to obtain such form, fill it out, (sign it where required,) and email or fax it back to us.

Please Note: we must have your states blanket tax exemption form on file here at Brock’s Performance to grant your company tax-exempt status.

Option 1: If you are in a hurry, place your order online, pay the sales tax, and we will refund the sales tax once your blanket exemption form (see PDF links below) is returned and approved*.

Option 2: Fill out your state blanket tax exemption form (see PDF links below), submit completed form to DealerSupport@BrocksPerformance.com or fax to (937) 912-0062 and await approval*. Once approved, you will be notified via email. You will then be able to shop online without being charged sales tax.

*Following approval of either Option 1 or 2 – Complete these steps to ensure your orders will not continue to be charged sales tax:

    1. Log in to your Brock’s Performance DEALER account (navigate to any product – you will see $RETAIL PRICE and $DEALER PRICE if logged in correctly)
    2. Navigate to your CART (top right corner of any page in the store)
    3. DELETE ALL ITEMS currently in the CART (grey X to the right of each product)
Note: If you plan on purchasing any of the items in the cart, they must be removed and reordered after step 6 is completed.
Tip: Write down the 6 digit SKU(s) to ease reordering, if needed.
    4. Log out of your account
    5. Log back in to your account (CART must not display any items)
    6. Place order
