Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, or by Bank Draft/Money Order. Your credit card transaction is secured by PayPal powered by Braintree. We do not collect or retain your credit card information.
BACKORDERS:
Although we try to keep every item in stock, occasionally some items are not immediately available for shipment and may need to be back-ordered. We will hold your entire order until all back-ordered items are available. If you prefer that we ship the items that are available, please call customer service or e-mail us with instructions. Backordered items are shipped via ground.
SHIPPING:
Orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 PM (EST) are shipped the same day on all in-stock merchandise. Weekend/Holiday orders are processed the next business day.

STANDARD DELIVERY:
Brock’s Performance uses UPS and USPS as their preferred carriers. For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service (which can be applied to orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday.)
SHIPPING CHANGES:
Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package, if accepted.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed as they are immediately put into our automated fulfillment system. Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for help returning the order. (Restocking fees will apply)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERING INFORMATION:
Brock’s Performance uses UPS and USPS for International orders.
USPS International Priority Mail: 6-20 Business Days
USPS International Priority Mail Express: 3-12 Business Days
UPS Expedited Delivery: Three or four days to Europe and four or five days to Asia and Latin America
Place your order online, via phone, fax, or e-mail. International shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order and may be adjusted. All of our prices are in U.S. dollars and no other currencies will be accepted.

SHIPPING GUIDELINES:
Shipping charges include insurance but do not include any fees for customs, taxes or duties; these are the customer’s responsibility.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT TERMS:

Checks / Demand Drafts: Checks for international shipments will only be accepted if drawn on a United States bank and payable in US dollars. Prepayments by check should be made by Certified Bank check. Orders paid by check will not be shipped for a minimum of 10 days upon receipt of the check.

U.S. & CANADA PAYMENT TERMS:

Orders paid by credit card will be shipped after the credit card company has approved the charge. Please note that all first-time orders must be shipped to the address on file with your credit card company. If you would like your order shipped to an address that is different, other than the one on record with the issuing bank, we ask that you contact your credit card company by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card, and request to place an “alternate shipping address” on record. By stating that you want an “alternate shipping address” it will simply be a notation on your record and should not cause any change in your billing information. Alternatively, if you would like your order shipped to a different address than your billing address, you can checkout using PayPal or Bank Draft/Money Order.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DISCOUNTS/COUPONS:
Limit one coupon per customer. Not valid with any other offer or discount. Not redeemable for cash. Not valid toward the purchase of gift certificates, some exclusions may apply. See coupon for expiration date and offer. Brock’s Performance reserves the right to limit quantities.
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY:
We do not accept returns on any special order products like BST colored wheels. Special order items will be charged in full at time of order. All special order items will be processed in the most efficient and timely manner possible. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges or credits will be honored for any special order or custom-built items. It is the customer’s responsibility, at the time of ordering a special order item, to obtain an estimated time of arrival. Brock’s Performance will not be held responsible for specific ship-to or receiving dates of your special order. Refusal of a special order shipment does not constitute right to a refund of any kind whatsoever.
COMPETITION USE ONLY POLICY:
All products are for competition use only (excluding Carbon Fiber Wheels). Any other use may violate the law. Not all parts are certified for highway use. Check your local and state laws. RETURNS:
All merchandise returned to Brock Davidson Enterprises; Inc. must have prior approval. Please contact a Customer Service Specialist at 937-912-0054 for return instructions and to receive an RMA (Return Authorization). Returns must be made freight prepaid. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice, as well as a complete explanation of the reason for the return. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returned merchandise. NO returns will be accepted after 30 days from delivery. All returned merchandise must be suitable for resale and NOT USED. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Brock Davidson Enterprises, Inc. ships all merchandise carefully packaged and in good condition. All shipments are insured. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier. All packaging materials must be presented to the carrier with a claim. DO NOT RETURN damaged merchandise to Brock Davidson Enterprises, Inc. without prior approval.
